Here's the information I received May 2018 when I purchased NitroPro 12: Serial Number 234600-xxxxxx-332889 When I try to deactivate this serial number, I'm told to select a device, but I don't see how/where "to select a device." And then I just keep looping through the process of submitting a support ticket. I'd love your help. Thanks! William Taggart Posted January 4, 2022 Report Share Posted January 4, 2022 I am changing computers. I have a Nitro Pro 12 installed on the old computer and I have my licence information. I have installed version 12169574 on the new computer. I have tried to use the activation applet in Nitro Pro 12, but it deadends in the message "Unable to connect An error occurred during a connection to www.internetactivation.com." The "Deactivation" applet does not work, as Kendra Yates has stated. "Submit a Support Ticket" goes into an endless loop if I select "Activation" as the support topic. The answer given to Kendra Yates above "After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number" appears to be incorrect - the Activation applet requires entry of both the installation ID and the serial number, and that process deadends as stated above. Thank you for choosing Nitro and stay safe always! hi, my computer crashed and i installed the trial for nitro 13, then deleted it when i saw this reply as 12 would not install when 13 was installed. Now I cannot install 12 even using the msi file. the wizard fails at ~80%. anything i can do to get 12 installed.
