Christine Lee Posted January 18, 2022 Report Share Posted January 18, 2022 Hello, I had to reset my laptop to it's original settings, and I am trying to install Nitro to my laptop again. I understand that I need to deactivate license first. I click the deactivate button, and I get a pop up error that says "select device to deactivate." There are no devices listed. Using the license portal, please check the version of the serial number. If the version is 12, you should have Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installed on the machine. You can check the version of your Nitro PDF Pro installation under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, please uninstall then install that version by downloading the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link Once installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 license. To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. However, if the version of the license is 13, you need Nitro PDF Pro 13 installed on the computer.
