Good day, I have purchased and was using Nitro Pro 8 for a long time until today - when I received the message that my trial has expired. After some investigation it they say it happens when computer is upgraded or changed. Apparently you can log out and in again to get it working...which did not work. So I uninstalled it and then to my surprise am not able to download version 8 again...

I paid for it and it was fulfilling my needs...now its gone ! What aftersales service is there concerning this ? Zero None !

You only get to download version 13 even when a site says download 8 it ends up version 13 !

I want my version 8 please, I paid for it and it was fine !

Who can advise me or provide help please.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro X (X <12) and its activation servers have been shut down which is why its installers are no longer available for download. 

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13. 

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number 234608-xxxxxx-541338:

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

I have the same issue, I have diactivated my NitroPro 8 license and I am now trying to get it reactivated after my computer crashed and I had to re-install everything. I downloaded Nitro 12 as instructed above and it shows I now have a trial version, but if I put in my old serial number for 8, it says it isn't valid. Please advise what I need to do.

Looking at your purchase records, you upgraded your Nitro Pro 8 with serial number 234600-xxxxxx-016511 to version 10 with serial number 234601-xxxxxx-252855 which is why the older one was been Disabled.

 

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 and its activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade
