To clarify, are you referring to deleting your Nitro Sign account or your Community Forum account?

I would like to close all accounts. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever created an account with Nitro. I was notified that my email name and info were breached. I changed the password. Please delete anything from your system associated with my email address. Thank you.

It is possible that have received a document in the past that requires signing where the sender used a Nitro Sign account which is why you have a record with us.

To further assist you, I have forwarded your request to Privacy Team and will it take 30-days to permanently delete all records from our system.
