I'm having the same problem trying to cancell and reactivate my nitro pro 11.0.6.326. My serial is 15551400*****97804 which it seems to be unrecognizable.

Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software, an Amazon/eBay seller, or from The Soft Coffee? 

If yes, could you please share the email message or the invoice they have sent you after purchasing ?

Otherwise, where did you purchase it, and did they just send you an email to ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number?
