Unable to validate serial number. Can not upgrade

I received the email sent out today for the 30% off upgrade price where you get 30% off and get Pro 13 now and then 14 when it comes out.

I keep getting the unable to validate serial number error when trying to buy the upgrade.  The issue may be related to wanting to upgrade from Nitro Pro 6. One of the 2 serial numbers I have that were both good for install on 2 computers is 234600-xxxxxx-776848. I want to upgrade but am an individual not a business and cannot justify the full price for the newer version, but Pro 6 doesn't install properly on a new build Windows 11 computer. Without a doubt, Nitro Pro is a great product
