Grey PDF when trying to open file from Network drive

This just started recently. When new files are moved over to the network drive and are opened the file opens up grey. Tried doing a remap of the drive and restarting. Files opened local are fine. Older network files are fine.

Any update on this?  I now have a user who is experiencing the same issue.  We are on version 13.58.0.1180.

I trust your are doing fine today and our sincere apologies for the delay.

To further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

-Is the network drive hosted locally by a File Server or Google Drive?
