Cannot install nor activate Nitro Pro 13

the downloaded version from the website for the free trial fails installation at 98% with the error message "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed". I found where i could use the MSI exec for Nitro Pro 13, and installed it. The Activation will not accept the serial number I received in the email of my order for purchase. There are too many digits in the serial number accoring to NitroPro how to, and the Activate Now button is greyed out. when I copy and past the serial number

 

I am installing this on a Windows 11 Pro 64bit, and I used the Nitropro 13 64bit retail .msi link to install a trial copy, but I cannot activate it.
