Its showing that my current subscription has been activated twice so I am unable to add it to my new device. Do I have to purchase a new subscription? To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number '504971-xxxxxx-940257', and clicking Activate. If that did not help, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
