Nitro Pro v12 won't print to Kyocera printer - closes program

We have had to reinstall Nitro Pro v 12.16.9.574 on a computer now running Windows 11 Pro (64-bit OS 22000.593) and printing to a Kyocera ECOSYS P3045dn KX printer.  Everytime we try to print to this printer, Nitro closes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro but no success.  Can you please assist.
