warren fletcher Posted April 9, 2022 Report Share Posted April 9, 2022 (edited) Error with the printer Epson WF-4730 I continually receiving a WiFi/network connection issue when I try to scan to my email address. I can print wirelessly because the printer is linked to WiFi, but when I enter my email address under recipient and click submit, I receive an error message. What am I doing incorrectly? Are you getting an error message when trying to scan using Nitro PDF Pro? If yes, could you please provide the following information?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Window Updates)? -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180 OR 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -The serial number you entered to activate the program.
