Colour of document highlighting showing the same colour in editing pane/screen

Hello all. I don't know if this is possible currently on version 13 but ideally the colour chosen as highlighting of text in the body of the document should show in the editing window - versus the situation that I can see where the edits all show up as yellow. Is there a way to change that to reflect the colour of the highlighting used in the body of the document? Otherwise it would be a fantastic feature for the new version/product update. Many thanks.
