Marc HAUGUEL Posted April 15, 2022 Report Share Posted April 15, 2022 Nitro Pro was previously installed, activated and work fine. Since yesterday says that is in trial mode. Nitro can't reach activation server. Try manual mode but at certificat step, the box is empty so i have nothing to copy. On nitro web site the licence is valid (it says 1 activation done and 2 possible). I have try to uninstall/reinstall but no change. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Lastly, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, please clear all your Downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package. I don't understand why inline installer does not work. You said it need a stable internet connection... it does not work with a fiber connection at 500 mbps and 7ms ping What is your definition of stable ?
