Nitro Trial has expired - full access came with purchase of Nitro pro 12

Hi 

 

I have just gone to use Nitro Sign and it is telling me my trial has expired, however on purchasing Nitro Pro 12 it clearly states :

Your purchase of the Nitro Productivity Suite includes both Nitro Pro and Nitro Cloud, which provides unlimited electronic signature workflows and additional PDF productivity tools right in your browser.

This was not a trial and obviously i should still have access to this, can someone please look into what has happened.
