Circle of death with inserting my Signature and Initials into a doc

I do not know why, when I try to insert my signature or initials into a document, I get the circle of death spinning around.  Nitro Sign seems to keep all of my previous signatures and initials in the system, and they are all the same signature and initials.  I only have one of each, however, it stores many of them.  There must be more than 15 of each stored, so it seems to be not loading the data??????

Is this issue still happening? If yes, is this only happening with a single PDF file uploaded to your Nitro Sign?

If yes, we would love to have a copy of the document so we can perform some tests on our end.
