Transferred to new laptop and having problems activating

Hi - My colleague Martyn purchased two licences and he has been able to transfer his Nitro Pro to a new laptop but it has not worked for me.

We had Nitro10 and then paid for upgrade to 13.  We dont have details if that upgrade would have been for both licence users. 

Cleverbridge has provided serial numbers but they are not working.   Unfortunately I deleted the Nitro from my old laptop thinking it may have been what was causing the new activation to fail.

What shall I do next please?  I am at my wits end....

I am currently logged in as Martyn as it would not let me log in as the second licence holder.

Hi Leslie

504913-xxxxxx-738125 if the serial number for the upgrade to Nitro13.  when I enter this it says all licenses are in use.  There is a link to buy more licenses, which leads to an Error 404 message.    Do I just need to buy an upgrade from version 10 to 13?

Cleverbridge also sent these two serial numbers which may have been from when we purchased version 10 (?), as follows:
