Martyn Grant Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 Transferred to new laptop and having problems activating Hi - My colleague Martyn purchased two licences and he has been able to transfer his Nitro Pro to a new laptop but it has not worked for me. We had Nitro10 and then paid for upgrade to 13. We dont have details if that upgrade would have been for both licence users. Cleverbridge has provided serial numbers but they are not working. Unfortunately I deleted the Nitro from my old laptop thinking it may have been what was causing the new activation to fail. What shall I do next please? I am at my wits end....
