Please assist in changing my email address

Good day,

I've tried everything to change my email address from E** to E**, without any luck.
I get the response email address is in use.

I logged in to the E** and requested for the account to be deleted, which should happened in 3-4 weeks.

I then tried to change my email address again after 6 weeks and Nitro still give the same response. It seem my request to delete E** does not get processed.

Could you please;

1. delete the E** account, and

2. change the address on the E** account to E**.
