Nitro PDF Pro 13 will not open though it show up in the taskbar in Windows 10

Having the same issue in Pro 13. I uninstalled, reinstalled and still can't open files even though they show up in the taskbar in Windows 10

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro PDF Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Lastly, what build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
