"Expired Trial" message

I have three licenses for Nitro Productivity Suite Includes Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Cloud for unlimited eSignatures. Two of my computers are able to access/use Nitro without any issues. My desktop, however, gives me an Expired Trial error message. I have logged out/logged in and the message persists. Please help!

Have you tried reactivating using your serial number 504918-xxxxxx-148649? How did it go?

If that did not help, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
