Melissa Selzler Posted May 2, 2022 Report Share Posted May 2, 2022 (edited) The trial for the Nitro sign that the paralegal in our office uses expired but she was never sent an email to continue usage/enter payment information. She has work product still in the nitro sign she was using and would like to continue but there is no option to add payment information anywhere. You click on the upgrade now button and it brings you to the contact sales page which she has tried to do already with no response.
