Hello @Eylimar Santana,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please be informed that when you add text / notes / call-out boxes to any file, it resides in the Annotative layer which floats above the Content Layer.

Said functions has to be brought down to the Content Layer by using Save As > Flatten before printing the documents.

To learn more how to do this, please refer to the below article:

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

Hello @Eylimar Santana,

To further investigate this issue, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Additionally, how were your PDF files created and what software was used (e.g. from an external source like a website, from an email message, or an internal application/reporting tool)? Could you please send over a few sample PDF files so I can perform some tests on our end?

Lastly, what is the exact make / model of the printer you are printing your documents? Did your colleague print to the same printer device with the same set of PDF documents you are working on?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
