daniela page Posted May 3, 2022 Report Share Posted May 3, 2022 hi there, I have changed my computer. I have deactivated my Nitro Pro 11 license on my old device. I have downloaded Nitro Pro 13 on my new device and when I enter my serial number it doesn't work. it sends me to the support page, when I enter my serial number there and click on diactivate then a message pops up saying 'select a device' but there is nothing to select.
