Trying to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer

hi there,

I have changed my computer. I have deactivated my Nitro Pro 11 license on my old device. I have downloaded Nitro Pro 13 on my new device and when I enter my serial number it doesn't work. it sends me to the support page, when I enter my serial number there and click on diactivate then a message pops up saying 'select a device' but there is nothing to select. 

Please help. I need nitro for work and this is very frustrating.

Hello @daniela page

A Nitro Pro 11 serial number will not work if you install version 13.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.

Thanks for this - this is quoting me 110 Euros to upgrade my serial number to one that works with version 13, surely this is not right?
