Irene Quan Posted May 3, 2022 Report Share Posted May 3, 2022 Hello, We use Nitro 13 and have a license but when using Nitro Sign we have been getting a notification stating the user is using the trail version which has now expired. How can we rectify this as it should not be a trail version. Also, they are not able to log into their account now, they have tried to reset the password and still to no avail to log in. Nitro PDF Pro 13 and Nitro Sign are two separate programs, therefore two separate licensing. Irene Quan Posted May 4, 2022 Author Report Share Posted May 4, 2022 is this new? we've used Nitro/Nitro Sign for a very long time and this is the first time we've had to pay for nitro sign outside of purchasing a license for Nitro PDF Pro 13. none of our other user has had to purchase a license for Nitro Sign.
