Vuk Djukic Posted May 5, 2022 Report Share Posted May 5, 2022 there seems to be a bug since yesterday the software (version 13) keeps asking me to deactivate and then reactivate EVERY TIME I try to open a PDF.. This is getting annoying and frustrating as heck! Is anyone else experiencing this? It was working fine 2 days ago and now it is a frickin' nightmare... Vuk Djukic Posted May 12, 2022 Author Report Share Posted May 12, 2022 the build is 13.58.0.1180 it is getting worse since now when I try to reactivate the license it closes out automatically... I even tried deactivating it online and could not activate.... Nitro, I love your product but if I spend $120+ per user for a software, I do not expect Bill-Gates sub-par quality .,... Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Vuk Djukic Posted December 5, 2022 Author Report Share Posted December 5, 2022 I had to reinstall my Windows and this problem came up again, I tried doing the same process - erasing all the registries and reinstalling but now this does not work anymore...
