Re-Activiation Headaches

I'm super frustrated. Computer crashed recently and when I rebooted, my NitroPro software it didn't recognize my license and prompted me to activate. Now I can't figure out how to re-activate, and I can't find any way to call NitroPro for customer support. Please help!

First message is "There was a connection issue." And then it asked me if I use a proxy server, which I don't. I followed the steps for manual activation and hit a dead end there, even though I do have serial number and everything.

Is there anyone to speak to at NitroPro? Or how do I get a VIP or whatever account to get tech support.

I figured it out by uninstalling and then reinstalling the software. Everything looks good now.
