matt gerrity
As per the Nitro Pro User Guide, the Nitro add-in for Outlook should have a dropdown option under "Create PDF" for selecting all folders/subfolders in a pst for bulk PDF conversion. https://www.gonitro.com/user-guide/pro/article/convert-microsoft-outlook-emails-to-pdf I am running Outlook 2019 with Nitro 13 Trial and do not have the "From Selected Folder(s)" option. I can successfully select e-mails, attachments, and text, but no folder selection. Does the full version of Nitro 13 have this feature or is the User Guide outdated? Any clarification on this feature would be appreciated. Edited May 5, 2022 by matt gerrity
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted May 5, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 5, 2022 Hello @matt gerrity, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and for pointing that out. We will update our online article and as a workaround, kindly select a folder in your Outlook inbox > right-click then you should see the same option to convert the contents of the selected folder to PDF. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
matt gerrity
Thank you for the quick reply! Is there any way to select bulk folders at this time? We convert full PSTs to PDF and would need to convert a whole group of folders. It won't allow me to select the folder structure to convert all sub folders, just a single selected folder. Thanks for the assistance
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted May 12, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 12, 2022 Hello @matt gerrity, Unfortunately, MS Outlook is currently designed to only select one folder at a time. If they can make this possible, Nitro Pro should be able to adapt with it. I hope this helps.
matt gerrity
Thanks again for the response. This is something we are able to do with Adobe Acrobat Pro/Standard and had hoped to be able to do the same as per the original user guide page. We look forward to seeing this added as a feature in the future!
