How does one get in contact with Nitro to get help? I have a few very frustrating issues and can't get any help.... no answers here. Real phone number or email? Thanks!

Hello Larry,

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
- The file you are working on
- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

You may also visit our support page https://www.gonitro.com/support and utilize self-help support tools.

All files re: copying text, re: OCR: manuals, but don't know how to attach one.

PDFPen pro 12.2.3

Copying text. Open any file, it's VERY HARD TO highlight text and copy it.  See Acrobat Reader.... works perfect. Click on the far left arrow with the I, and it gives a red underline instead of being able to highlight the text.  That's what the help guides tell me, however, your knowledge base only tells me what it can do, need to know HOW to do it. A search for "OCR greyed out" shows nothing. Have several files that I'd like to search and/or have selectable text I can copy.

How do I attach a file, don't have a URL to download from?
