Purchasing a Nitro PDF Pro license will not automatically create a Nitro Sign account. The Nitro Sign account is created by signing up through the web at https://cloud.gonitro.com/ In checking the email address you used here in Community Forums, I can see a Nitro Sign account associated with it. Since I no longer have access to that email I am not able to reset the password to access the account.
