Please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 13 installed on the computer and it is on the latest build (13.58.0.1180). If this is not the case, kindly download and install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once your installation is already on 13.58.0.1180, please go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
