Why am I no longer getting email  notifications whe a document has been viewed and/or signed?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Nitro Sign has no setting to turn off email notifications and it is possible that they went to you Spam/Junk folder.

Have you checked those folders?
