When printing to the "Nitro PDF creator" printer in Revit, the following error is encountered; "Conversion aborted"?

I've tried reinstalling Nitro PDF and the PDF printer without any resolve.

Hello @Michael Skagen,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro PDF Pro 13? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @Michael Skagen,

Thank you for this information and since you are still working with an older build, please use these direct English MSI installers to update to Nitro PDF Pro 13.58.0.1180:

x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

Hello @Michael Skagen,

As much as we would like to, we do not have Revit to test with on our end so could you please confirm that you are printing to PDF by going to Revit's File > Print > and selecting Nitro PDF Creator? If yes, are you printing large Revit document to PDF format?

Have you also tried printing to PDF by going to Revit's File > Print and selecting 'Microsoft Print to PDF'? How did it go?
