License activation module not working

Hi,

I am trying to move the license for my Nitro 12 Productivity Suite to a new computer because my old one died.  I followed all instructions but your license activation module is not working.  Please help me to activate my purchased product on my new computer.

For your kind information, our Activation Portal is only used for deactivating previous activations. Not to reactivate the program.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.
