I can see that the PDF file is being accessed from a network/share drive (G:) and from what I understand, there are only 2 PDF files that are experiencing this issue while the rest of the PDF files from the same network/shared drive are working fine. Are you getting the same issue if you open these documents using Chrome or Edge (web browsers have build-in PDF viewer)? If you have another PDF viewer/software, can it open these documents without issues? What is the version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro? This information can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example: Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x). Lastly, if you copy these documents to your local drive (like desktop) and access/open it from there, are you getting the same issue?
