No Email recieved with serial number

HI,

 

I purchased a 4-pack of nitro pdf and didn't receive the serial numbers / any order confirmation or email after the purchase, as my email didn't allow to receive emails. I changed that now and am able to recieve emails. The email is different from my forum email.

As of now, i dont have a licence key and because of that I am also sadly unable to make a support ticket, as you need the licence key for that... Email support seemingly doesnt exist, so i need to resort to the forum. I have the order reference number on hand, please contact me.
