Activation/Update Problems

I got a new computer and was trying to deactivate my license on the old one but I got the error:  -24: Activation Error

It was suggested that I upgrade to version 13 which I did, but I'm not able to activate it with my current serial number.  

I'm now stuck with a trial of 13 on my old computer and a trial of 12 on my new computer and none of my serial numbers work.

Please uninstall Nitro PDF Pro 13 then install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) so you could successfully activate using your existing serial number. 

The Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
