Cant activate my Nitro Pro

Hello, 

i have a problem to active my Nitro Pro with my Serial Number. Everytime I try it "-24: Activation Error" pops up.

Any suggestions?

To successfully activate using your existing license, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). 
The installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

After the installation, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. 

If you are interested to upgrade your license to version 13 (latest version) with a discounted price, you can do the upgrade through our Online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade. 
The Nitro PDF Pro 13 comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.

Hi, I have the same issue. However, I am unable to install Nitro Pro 12 from those links. It says Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has Failed. when it reaches end of 'downloading' stage.

I am getting the same error as above and have tried using the old license but I keep getting the same error.

Please go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal then enter your serial number and click 'Find License'. 
Take note of the version then go to this download page https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

If the version of your license is 12, please make sure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). This specific build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is a must so you could successfully activate. 

If the version of your license is 13, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' then install it. 

After the installation, you can check the version and build of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

To summarize, the activation will be successful if the version of your installation matches the version of your license.

When I try to locate the license and enter the serial number I have it says the serial number is invalid, the serial number is 504*************** why can't I activate it.

In checking the serial number you provided to this post, it is not valid because the last 3 digits are not correct.
Please check your invoice to get the complete and correct serial number. 

I searched for a license purchase under your email address to locate the complete serial number but I did not find one. If you've purchased this license using a different email address, please provide it so we can search for the invoice and check the serial number.
