Upgrade Nitro 14 offer - s.n. not recognized

I bought the upgrade to Nitro 13 last November.

I received the now the offer to upgrade to Nitro 14 (perhaps a little early, for my budget).

If in the procedure to buy the upgrade I set the s.n. currently used, it will warns me that it is not valid.

Please be aware that the latest version at this point is version 13 and there's no version 14 yet.
Our online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade offers the upgrade from old version to version 13. 

Could you please send a screenshot of the offer you received about upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14?

The mail exactly says mail says:

The message was about having a complimentary upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 once it is released. 
Once again, the latest version at this point is Nitro PDF Pro 13.
