The Nitro Admin Portal is for managing Nitro Sign licenses. This is a completely separate program from Nitro PDF Pro which is what you are installing online. Can you kindly confirm if you purchased Nitro Sign or Nitro PDF Pro (for Desktop)? I tried locating licenses for both Nitro Sign and Nitro PDF Pro, I was only able to find a purchase for 2 licenses for Nitro PDF Pro. I look forward to your response.
