I have a valid serial number for Nitro PDF Pro 13 and I cannot upgrade to V14.

I am so frustrated in this going back and forth for months trying to get an answer of how to upgrade my software. No phone or person to talk about this particular problem.

All I get is that my S/N cannot be found.. ugh.

Please be aware that the latest version at this point is version 13 and there's no version 14 yet.

Our online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade offers the upgrade from old version to version 13. 

Could you please send a screenshot of the offer you received about upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14?
