Patrick Kinney
Thought maybe it was an issue with the computer itself. Tested mouse and cursor in other drawing programs and all is fine. Tried a reinstall of the Nitro Pro product with no luck. The issue continues to persist. Any suggestion(s) for a fix would be great.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted May 23, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 23, 2022 Hello @Patrick Kinney, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Based on the information you have provided, I believe this behavior is caused by 'Snap to Grid' being enabled under File > Preferences > Unit and Grid. Could you please turn this feature off and try again? If that did not help, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program and its serial number (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180). Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
