I cannot access it anymore as I tried to install the version 13 and data related to version 11 disappeared. If I am not wrong, the Nitro Pro 11 was itself an upgrade from Nitro PDF 8. To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files. I am still getting a non-discounted offer, despite the fact that I am indeed getting a message telling me I'm entitled to a discounted offer. Depending on the VPN used, prices vary from 179 USD to 199 GBP or 215 Euros. And yes I swear it is the right license number that I copy-pasted from the original cleverbridge email.
