I wish to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14

I have got an e-mail from you with a special offer for an advantage for upgrading before May 13th.

Serial Number: 504981-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx

I have Nitro Pro 13.53.3.1073, and I wish to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14

When I click to "Buy Now" I have to fill in my serial number on your site.

Then I click: "Get Upgrade".

After clicking I got the message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

Because I have a new computer I have deactivated my serial number. And then I expected It would be possible to succeed if I try again.

But it wouldn't luck.

Please can you help me.

Please be aware that the latest version at this point is version 13 and there's no version 14 yet.

Our online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade offers the upgrade from old version to version 13.  

If you have received the same email below, the message was about having a complimentary upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 once it is released. Once again, the latest version at this point is Nitro PDF Pro 13:

              

To reinstall your Nitro PDF Pro 13, please use our direct offline MSI installers below:

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504981-xxxxxx-636166
