Nitro Sign Expired

Hi,

We have a user with an issue with Nitro Sign, they have Nitro Pro activated against there account, However when logged into sign, It shows as Expired.

Email is joshua.xxyyzz@jhta.com.au

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on the account so please have your user log out, close all his/her browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
