Office plugins lost after reactivation

Hi,

suddenly my activated full version of Nitro Pro 13 would became just an expired trial version. The plug-ins for Office (365) also disappeared.
However, after manual reactivation (that worked!) I do not get the office-plugins installed.
Also a restart (of both the PC and Office) unfortunately had no success.
Does anyone have a tip?

First, please ensure that you are running the latest version 13 update: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

You can reinstall the addins by using our NitroPDFsupporttools.exe which you can find in the Nitro Pro installation folder.

Or you can do the following:

1. On the Help tab, from the Product panel, click Support Tools
2. From the PDF Creation tab, click to select the Microsoft Office add-ins you would like to be available
3. Click Update Add-ins
