admin123 Posted May 24, 2022 Report Share Posted May 24, 2022 Nitro 12. I have a PDF file that is 8 pages. The application completely freezes and crashes when attempting to view beyond page 5. No error message generated, just wait/close/restart the program. Can open the same PDF in Edge without a problem. How could I fix this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is your Nitro PDF Pro 12 already on the latest build? The latest build for version 12 is 12.16.9.574 and the installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. If your installation is already on the latest build of version 12, try to reprint the document by opening it in Nitro then go to File > Print then select Nitro PDF Creator as the printer. Clicking Print will prompt you to save a copy of the document. When done, open the reprinted copy and see if this freezes the software.
