John Acton
We are operating Nitro Pro on a Windows 11 computer and we keep getting a random error when trying to open some files but not all files do this. We have Nitro Pro on a number of different computers but they all run Windows 10 and none of them have this issue. Wondering if this may be the issue? Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 25, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 25, 2022 Greetings @John Acton Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error message and provide a copy of the document? Is the file being accessed from a network/share drive or local drive like desktop? What is the version and build of Nitro PDF Pro on the Windows 11 machine? You can see this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Kind regards,
John Acton
Hi Reymund, Thanks for your reply. I have a screenshot of the error and a copy of the document (which I can't share because it has sensitive client information) but I'm unsure how to get a URL for a PDF document, can you assist me with this? The file is being accessed from a network/shared drive and can be opened without issue on other devices. Most documents can be opened on the windows 11 machine but some random ones can't for some reason. It is Nitro Pro 13.38.1.739 Thanks
