To further assist you with your concern, I have executed a password reset of the account on our end so please have your user check his Inbox and Spam/Junk folder as sometimes our emails go there.

Another adjustment has been executed and I have sent another reset password the same Nitro Sign email address.

Could you please close all you browsers, reopen a new one and log in again to your account?
