Not compatible with fillable PDF form and cannot show Japanese language?

Hello, 

Got two questions here.

(1)

I have some documents from Government of Canada that needs to be filled up and validated. 

I seem to have no problem when using Adobe to open, but I get error when using Nitro. 

Is there a way I can solve the issue?

(2)

Most of time, I had no problem opening documents in Japanese.

For some reason, the credit card statement issued by Japanese bank I received was showing squares on Japanese part. 

Is there a way to fix the issue?
