Nitro Pro 12 --> "Serial Number entered does not exist"

I changed my system, but could only download Nitro Pro 13 however my S/N: 234600-xxyyzz-158282 wasn't accepted = "Serial Number entered does not exist"

Please help

Kindly uninstall version 13, reboot your machine then install Nitro Pro 12.16.0.574 using the below offline English MSI packages:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxyyzz-158282
