Nitro pro 13 activation issues

Hi, my computer just crashed and when restarted my nitro just restored to basic.  I already purchased renewal about 2 weeks ago.  My nitro already upgraded to 13.  I clicked "activated" but nothing happens.  

 

Solutions?

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your Nitro PDF Pro serial number:
